Our Interventional Cardiology practice is looking for a Medical Scheduler. Job Details Scheduler Responsibilities: Obtains accurate information regarding the scheduling of patients for SFH operating rooms through telephone, fax and computer with Physician offices. Ensures all Managed Care requirements are met at the time of scheduling and pre-certifications are obtained prior to admissions/procedures. Obtains, completes, and follows- up on all pertinent information required to schedule patients. Scheduler Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 years of Hospital/Physician office scheduling experience. Must have excellent problem solving skills, proficient in medical terminology and of OR operations. Salary Range USD $23.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
