    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Annual Pay Range: $70,000 to $120,000+

     

    (based on component pay per route)

     

    + Schedule: 4 days/week + overtime opportunities

    + Afternoon to evening dispatch

    + Weekend and holiday availability required

    + Benefits:

    Responsibilities

    The Role:

    + Local delivery using modern, well-equipped trucks

    + All trailers have liftgates, pallet jacks, and dollies

    + Make 5–12 stops/day

    + 100% touch freight – must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

    + Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards

    + Complete vehicle inspections and driver logs

    + Potential for backhauls on return trips

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card

    + 1+ year of tractor-trailer driving experience

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work in cold environments (coolers/freezers)

    + Comfortable with physical labor and frequent lifting (5–50 lbs)
