    Compensation Overview

     

    The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

     

    Salary Range

     

    $71,900.00 - $118,700.00

    What Is the Opportunity?

     

    Under general direction, has direct Management responsibility for an operation within the Print Center in our Norcross office. This is a 3rd shift position with work hours from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

     

    What Will You Do?

     

    + Manage staff, daily workload, equipment, and technologies ensuring all schedules and/or Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met while overseeing the following of policies, processes, and procedures.

    + Deliver approved projects and enhancements within budget and on time adhering to overall team goals and the success of business initiatives.

    + Ensure upcoming recommendations and changes are tested to prevent any production interruptions.

    + Respond to varying workload requirements for the operation, varies shift hours for management coverage and handles simultaneous processing, technical and personnel issues.

    + Determine key metrics related to production, productivity, quality, and timeliness and holds team accountable for meeting production and metric goals while managing team performance appraisals and training of new employees.

    + Partner with Lines of Business and maintain regular dialog to leverage common resources and services on management of issues and development of future strategies.

    + Actively participate in the management of key vendors including conducting formal monthly reviews and informal weekly meetings, sharing information, and discussing and resolving issues.

    What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + Five years of experience working in a large-scale Print Center operation.

    + Ability to embrace and champion change.

    + Strong commitment to quality and timeliness.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office products.

    + Intermediate math skills.

    + Previous formal or informal leadership experience.

    + Strong knowledge of hardware, software and products utilized within the Print Center.

    + Skilled at analyzing problems and making clear decisions.

     

    What is a Must Have?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Four years of experience within a Print Center team environment operation.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office products required.

    + A solid grasp of basic math skills.

    + Previous formal or informal leadership experience.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Must be able to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs. regularly
