Our client in Menasha, WI is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team! Must be a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in these frameworks: CCPA, NERC CIP, SOC2 (type 2), PCI, and IEC (manufacturing).

#1 Position is preferred hybrid in Menasha, WI a few times per week.

#2 Open to candidates in Wisconsin that can get onsite a few times a year.

#3 Also open to an experienced candidate from the Midwest/surrounding state that could come in a few times a year.

6 month contract to hire. Targeting someone in the $45-60/hour depending on experience. Conversion salary: 90-120k/year depending on experience.

Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while also requiring periodic on-site presence at their headquarters. The Compliance Analyst will support the compliance team in ensuring that their operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including Data Privacy (CCPA), NERC CIP, SOC2, PCI DSS, UL891, and ISO9001. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and assist in advising the organization accordingly.

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Help ensure that policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees.

- Assist in performing internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Help prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

- Work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $85.00/hr.
