CCTV Service Technicians at TEKsystems

Job Description:

TEKsystems is seeking two skilled CCTV Service Technicians to join our team. These professionals will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining CCTV camera systems within different prison facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing cables and cameras as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor CCTV camera systems to ensure proper functionality.

+ Support and maintain CCTV systems across various prison facilities.

+ Troubleshoot and repair/replace cables and cameras.

+ Gather tickets and perform remote troubleshooting.

+ Physically visit sites for break/fix duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Ability to hit the ground running with ticket gathering and remote troubleshooting.

+ Experience with physically visiting sites for break/fix duties.

+ Minimum of 3 years of core service experience (not strictly installation experience).

+ This role does not require installation of devices; installation work is contracted out.

Experience Level:

+ Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
