Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Member Service Representative to join our high-volume contact center. In this role, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, providing exceptional customer service in a structured environment.

+ Experience in administrative roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
+ Provide information regarding the client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening skills.
+ Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
+ Advise members on additional products and services that may meet their needs, fostering positive member interactions.
+ Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience in a call center, administrative, or professional environment is preferred.
+ Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining policy compliance.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
+ This is a remote opportunity; candidates must reside within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL, to be considered.
+ The contact center operates 24/7/365, ensuring availability for our members at all times.
+ Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken as scheduled.
+ Most shifts are flexible, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times.
+ You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with potential for up to four hours of calls before a break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
