    Salary: $9900 / Week

     

    We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (Can be EM, IM, or FM) to assist us in the ER in Northwest Indiana! Please see the details below:

    Position:

    + Specialty: Emergency Medicine Physician

    + Location: Michigan City, Crawfordsville, and Lafayette locations needing coverage (cover as many as you can)

    + No Call Requirement

    + Shift availability: Varying shift times dependent on facility location

    + 1099 contract

    + EMR: Epic

    Requirements:

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of Residency)

    + Family Medicine/Internal Medicine will need ED experience

    + BLS, ACLS, ATLS

    + IN State MD/DO license

    + DEA

    Compensation:

    + Pay: By phone discussion only

    + Weekly Paychecks

    + Travel and Lodging

    + Malpractice insurance covered 100%
