    Premise Health is seeking a Family Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a locum tenens position at their Employee Health and Wellness Clinic in Elko, NV. The role requires BLS and DEA certifications, with a minimum of one year of experience preferred

    Worksite: Employee Health and Wellness Clinic

    Duration: 13 weeks with extension options

    Schedule & Weekly Hours:

    + 40 hours per week

     

    Rates: $78.50 - 80/hr *based off experience*

    Patient Volume: 7-10 patients per day
