CTG is seeking to fill a Systems Analyst 3 opening for our client in Austin, TX.
**Location:** Austin, TX
**Duration:** 3 months
Duties:
+ Serve as a technical leader within an agile development team, guiding implementation of a data integration hub and related technologies.
+ Lead the implementation and configuration of infrastructure for data integration projects.
+ Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies including validation of performance metrics, creation of Epics/User Stories/Tasks, and testing.
+ Develop complex SQL scripts to transform source data into dimensional models, including the creation of views and materialized views in Oracle.
+ Automate data acquisition and integration from multiple sources using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
+ Collaborate with team members to design optimal data structures and implement automation for data verification and validation.
+ Assist in deployment/publication of solutions internally and externally.
+ Work closely with architects and engineering teams to design and implement data acquisition strategies and technical specifications.
+ Develop mockups, produce documentation, and participate in requirements and design sessions.
+ Support developmental tools configuration and perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data analytics or performance management environments.
+ Advanced SQL scripting with Oracle or Snowflake.
+ Expertise in Informatica Power Center/IICS for ETL automation.
+ Proficiency with technical writing, diagramming, and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
+ Agile development methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
+ Working knowledge of JIRA, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Mulesoft, and SAS Viya.
+ CI/CD development experience using GitHub and Git Actions.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience:
+ 8+ years developing ETL processes using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
+ 8+ years working with data source technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF.
+ 8+ years designing complex SQL scripts.
+ 8+ years in system analysis roles in data warehousing or analytics.
+ 8+ years of technical documentation and software platform planning.
+ 8+ years of scripting and coding experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and C#.
+ 8+ years working in agile sprint environments and with tools like JIRA.
+ 8+ years experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
+ 8+ years as Mulesoft developer and SAS Viya administrator.
+ Preferred: Experience with secure handling of PII/PHI data and understanding of healthcare data security principles.
+ Preferred: Background in performance metrics visualization or BI tools.
+ Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare or public sector.
Education:
+ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
