    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Ensures the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.

    + Focus on high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.

    + Manage crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.

    + Develop an engineering strategy within a core organizational field.

    + Ensure alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in engineering

    + 10 to 15 years of experience
