    Description and Requirements

     

    Role location: Miami, Florida

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills combined with strong business vision and genuine interest to provide meaningful analysis that support the business in strategic and optimal decision making in the near, mid and long term. The candidate should be a proactive professional who is driven by challenges and motivated to work in a very dynamic team environment.

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    + Candidate territory scope is RoLAN defined by Central America, Caribbean as well as other countries or markets serviced by local Go To Market (Sales) teams.

    + Candidate will require to manage a strong relationship with the Territory Manager lead, always working in sync and in alignment.

    + Candidate will need to manage RoLAN governance as focal point for coordination of cross-functional activities.

    + Candidate will need to support the RoLAN Go To Market (Sales) teams in a number of activities, not limited to short term execution, near term planning, mid to long term forecasting, with activities in portfolio and channel planning, pricing, demand, supply, market assessments as well as commercial engagement and contract management.

    + Candidate will need to generate reports and communication materials with critical messaging to Sales team as well as other to cross-functional teams which will include but are not limited to Marketing, Business Operations, Product and Finance. There will also be instances which require preparation for engagement with Senior Management.

    + Candidate will need to articulate business issues and opportunities and ensure operational alignment at all times, via both ad-hoc and cadence analysis of internal and external subject matter common in the industry such as TAM analysis in combination with inputs from 3rd party vendor data.

    + Candidate will need to work closely with system reporting Team with advanced analytics, via the use of and/or development of PowerBI tools and 3rd party data.

    Basic qualifications

    + **Fluency in English and Spanish.**

    + **Bachelor’s degree** **in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.**

    + **5+ years of experience** **in business planning, demand planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles.**

    Desired skills

    + Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI.

    + Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a track record of generating insights that support strategic decision-making.

    + Experience managing and interpreting third-party market data (e.g., TAM, vendor reports).

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership.

     

    The base salary range budgeted for this position is $80,000- $105,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
