    We are seeking a Senior Technology Transfer Specialist to support the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DEC). This position supports the development of U.S. Army positions related to the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries. Staff technology transfer requests, as appropriate, with Army organizations. You will need an expert knowledge of the United States’ and the Department of Defense’s export control policies. Your knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation and the Export Administration Regulation, DoD’s Technology Security/Foreign Disclosure process and how to process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy, and of the requirements of the international export control regimes to which the United States is a signatory will be necessary for this role. This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Required

    + BS or BA degree

    + 8 years of experience

    + Requires an expert knowledge of U.S. Armaments Cooperation programs and U.S. international agreement processing and development.

    + Must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance
