    We are seeking a Senior Armaments Cooperation Analyst to support the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DEC). This position supports the development, planning, promulgation, and interpretation of Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD) and Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA) policy and guidance as it relates to international armaments cooperation programs, such as the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP), the International Cooperative Research, Development, and Acquisition (ICRDA) Program and the Coalition Weapons Program (CWP). In addition, you will provide general oversight of assigned Technical Operations activities with coalition partners, geographic combatant commands, and other stake holders to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies and long-term regional armaments cooperation objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Required

    + BS or BA degree

    + 10 years of experience

    + Expert knowledge of U.S. Armaments Cooperation programs and U.S. international agreement processing and development.

    + Must have an in-scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance
