Position: Manager, Project Management – Bank Integrations
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager, Project Management – Bank Integrations to lead our banking and technology integration efforts. This role is pivotal in driving organizational growth, shaping banking strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and managing data migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and coordinate the work of project managers and teams on large-scale enterprise programs and projects
+ Collaborate with IT and business units to create solution roadmaps that deliver organizational capabilities through IT/business programs.
+ Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic programs and IT/business projects, managing budgets and timelines while engaging with senior business leaders.
+ Partner with Business Line Executive Sponsors and Portfolio Managers to deliver solutions that support corporate initiatives.
+ Define program scope, project objectives, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
+ Manage program budgets and oversee costs, schedules, and quality of deliverables.
+ Track, analyze, and report on program and project results, providing effective solutions to issues.
+ Assess and mitigate risks, monitor progress, and report to management and stakeholders.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Extensive experience in banking technology integration.
+ Proven project management experience with banking acquisitions and migrations.
+ Familiarity with banking technologies and systems, including deposit and lending systems.
+ Executive strategy experience.
+ Expertise in project management methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management.
+ Skilled in solution identification, vendor selection, and business and financial case creation.
+ Strong strategic planning, risk management, and change management skills.
+ Excellent leadership, management, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
+ Expert negotiation and facilitation abilities.
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field and 8 plus years of experience in project management or other directly related experience.
+ A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
