    BAE Systems is looking for a IT Operations Manager for future work on our government customer s new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment. This IT Operations Manager will be expected to:

     

    + Operate, maintain, support, and improve CMI Services at Tier 3 on all domains.

    + Escalate to and coordinate with Tier 4 vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

    + Support Customers as required.

    + Use HelpNow ticketing system to manage work assignments.

    + Monitor CMI Services infrastructure.

    + Provide support M-F during business hours (0600-1800) and on-call after-hours support 24x7 as required.

    + Recommend and implement CSI process improvements, UX enhancements, and innovations for Tier 2 O&M.

    + Implement patches and updates.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Bachelor's degree and 10 Years relevant work experience (OR 20 Years Relevant Experience without a Bachelor's degree)

    + Project Management Professional (PMP)

    + ITIL certification

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
