A challenging opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join the Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line finance team, within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area as a Project Finance Manager I. This role is responsible for the Dark Horse portfolio within SFFS which contain programs spanning the project lifecycle from proposal phase to development, production, and sustainment.

Due to the classified nature of the programs in this portfolio, **the job requires an on-site presence in Nashua, NH or Totowa, NJ** with the ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ **Active Secret Clearance**

+ **Bachelor's degree in Finance** (or related business discipline)

+ Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation

+ Previous experience in **program control** and working proposals

+ Financial Planning and Analysis experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and **Earned Value Management**

+ Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions and senior leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Active SAP Clearance(s)

+ Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (Smartview), ProPricer, Investment Evaluation Models, and Cobra

+ Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies

+ Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead work teams

+ Ability to prioritize and manage employee workload in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

+ Demonstrated ability to supervise the development and management of compliant EVMS baseline

+ Ability to interact with customers

+ Recent experience managing a cross-functional team

+ Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
