    Practice Details

    * Join a team of 5 Psychologists, 1 Adult Psychiatrist, 2 Child Psychiatrists, and 5 Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioners

    * Opportunity to serve Child/Adolescent or Adult populations (or mix)

    * Outpatient clinic based-practice

    * Monday-Friday schedule

    * Open to fully remote telepsychology, 100% in-person, or hybrid options

    * Diverse range of culturally specific services offered including ACT program, ARMHS, CTSS, SOTP, PAR, outpatient counseling, mobile crisis, in-home, walk-in, and patient transportation, EmPATH (adult and children) and inpatient Psychiatry

    * Full array of Social Workers, Therapists, Counselors, and support staff

    * Designated NHSC Site - HPSA score of 20

     

    Compensation Package

     

    Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

    Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $114,254 - $147,589 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

    Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
