Job Description
Nordstrom is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) Systems Financial Specialist to establish and execute strategies and programs in Finance and Accounting. This role will be critical to both the initial implementation and ongoing support of company’s new Oracle ERP environment. The ERP Financial Specialist will develop strategies to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Additionally, t h is role will collaborate with partners across Finance, Product, and Technology to sustain, improve, and streamline processes and controls within all disciplines of Finance and Accounting. The successful candidate in this role will be an experienced expert in ERP systems, understand Finance and Accounting concepts, and apply those in a complex environment.
A day in the life…
+ Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP module s and related business processes supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects and Fixed Assets Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud ERP to meet business requirements.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with technical support as necessary.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with other systems.
+ Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
+ Stay up to date on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates.
+ Provide technical/functional support to business development sales pursuits.
+ Provide day to day support of the Oracle Fusion ERP environment including applying periodic patches, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support.
+ Continuously reviews opportunities for improvement in how Oracle Fusion ERP platform is leveraged, and brings best practices to the forefront.
+ Provide training and SME Guidance to end users on system driven business process .
You own this if you have…
+ An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating the ability to provide managerial and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex systems.
+ Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
+ Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred.
+ Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated agility in managing ambiguity, with a strong ownership mindset to independently devise solutions to challenges and identify new opportunities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ A basic understanding of core finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Source to Pay, Acquire to Retire) and standard components of the Finance Technology Architecture (e.g., data warehouse, subledgers, general ledger, reporting tools)
+ Experience in process design and mapping
+ Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $142,000-$220,500 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
