This is a contract position. You must be an established Independent Contractor to be considered. This Independent Contractor opportunity is up to 20 hours per week.You must be available to work hours matched to Pacific times. The general availability is between 9am-5pm Pacific. The pay is $25-30 per hour, dependent upon qualifications.

Overall responsibilities may include:
+ Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions for the TL team, especially for Certifications and Retreats.
+ Perform tasks and help to improve workflows within a variety of platforms and applications, including the company’s CRM & CMS, Asana or other project management tools, Slack, Google products, (Drive, Calendar, Gmail), Confluence, Airtable, and other platforms as needed
+ Be involved in the creation and maintenance of thorough documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for the TL team
+ Take on focused and well-delineated development projects to help set up needed functions and capabilities, both in our existing platforms and in platforms that may be new to our team
+ Be a positive and solution oriented member of a wonderful and creative team, that works together in an inclusive and collaborative approach to support each other and the business
Qualifications and Characteristics Desired:
+ 3 years or more administrative/coordinator experience
+ Superior customer service and communication skills for both internal and external engagements
+ Competence and confidence with technology platforms and internet, including:
+ Google Products (Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
+ Asana (or other project management tools)
+ Slack
+ Airtable preferred
+ Confluence preferred
+ Ability to learn proprietary software
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
+ Knowledge of transformational content, including leading teachers, schools of thought, and market trends
+ Excellent organizational, time, strategic management, writing and communication skills with keen attention to detail
+ Must have established, fully-functional office with reliable office equipment including high-speed internet
+ 1-2 years remote office experience, strongly preferred
