    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising and assisting in the development of organizational and system/local cyber policies based on USAF and DoD guidance. This role involves tailoring current policies, developing enterprise framework policies, and supporting the transition to a cloud environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Advise and assist the government in the development of organizational and system/local cyber policy based on USAF and DoD guidance.

    + Assist in tailoring current organizational and system/local cyber policy to encompass newly developed guidance.

    + Assist in the development of an enterprise framework policy enabling considerations for all facets of the organizational and system/local IT operating environment.

    + Assist in the development of RMF artifacts for each step in the RMF process.

    + Support developing and transitioning cybersecurity policies for a cloud environment.

    + Assist in the development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures that include risk analysis and threat hunting.

    Qualifications:

    + At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in Air Force Information Assurance and system accreditation, or equivalent experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology security standards.

    + Maintains an active Secret Clearance

    + Experience with the following IT systems and criteria for IA analyst tasks:

    + Air Force Instruction (AFI) Series 33

    + Risk Management Framework

    + eMASS accreditation system

    + All specified DISA STIGs

    + Information Assurance Technical Level II certified in accordance with DoDM 8140.03 and DAFMAN 17-1305.

    + Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and threat monitoring.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and leadership

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    + Inside office environment.

    + Working on a computer for long periods of time.

    + May involve long period of sitting at a desk.

    + The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
