Major/Essential Functions:

+ Inbox: Organizes information within Business Services inbox for team members to be able to follow up on communication from vendors, contractors, Internal and external departments

+ Recycling Program: Follows up on payment of receipts and maintains Excel spreadsheet with detail information

+ Pcard: Processes purchases, Reconciles Pcard in TMA and is responsible for submitting Chrome River expense reports

+ Requisitions: Processes requisitions for parts and services, standing orders and utilities. Approves the requisitions for the utilities as a backup

+ Invoices: Processes payments associated to services, parts and leases

+ Utilities: Records water, gas, electrical consumption in TMA

+ Billing: Responsible for Service Request billing

+ Deposits: Processes Account Receivables and Cash Receipts to record the revenue associated to leases

+ Leases: Responsible for recording and tracking revenue and expenses for leases

+ Labor Redistribution: Responsible of transferring payroll related costs to ensure labor costs are accurately reflected in the accounting records

+ Budget Revision: Process Budget Revision to adjust M & O, negative budget balances, etc.

+ Cost Transfers: Responsible of transferring costs to the appropriate fund

+ Perform all other duties as assigned

+ Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes

+ Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork)

+ Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution
