    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service professional. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a passion for excellent service, a knack for communication, and strong organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide responsive customer support via phone and email

    + Enter and process sales orders in the order management system

    + Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships

    + Promote and sell new and existing QAD products

    + Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance

    + Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows

    + Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records

    + Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website

    + Collaborate with team members and other departments

    + Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)

    + Archery knowledge is a strong plus

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

    + High level of integrity and professionalism
