    The Opportunity

     

    Printfly Corporation is seeking an experienced General Counsel to serve as our top legal advisor and a key member of our executive leadership team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across the business—from contracts and compliance to IP and privacy—while supporting high-impact strategic initiatives in eCommerce, manufacturing, marketing, and technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the CEO and executive team on all legal and regulatory matters.

    + Oversee and manage corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and litigation.

    + Lead legal support for eCommerce operations, including customer agreements, marketing compliance, IP protection, and data privacy (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).

    + Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts with vendors, partners, and enterprise clients.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations affecting manufacturing, retail, and online sales.

    + Manage outside counsel and evaluate legal risk across business lines.

    + Build and lead a lean, high-impact in-house legal function as the business scales.

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in the U.S.

    + 10+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in-house (ideally in eCommerce, manufacturing, or technology-driven companies).

    + Deep understanding of intellectual property, commercial contracts, employment law, and digital compliance frameworks.

    + Proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals and operate as a collaborative, solutions-oriented partner.

    + Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with fast-moving teams.
