A Typical Day

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for various audit functions, including, but not limited to, file reconciliation, making sure all relevant information is populated on letters, data accuracy, production review, tracking and reporting and working with the vendor on production-related issues. As the Specialist , you will report the findings daily which will then be analyzed for process improvements where appropriate.

The Communications Specialist will :

+ Validate the accuracy of the data elements on letters

+ Prepare documentation for management and report findings and data inaccuracies

+ Interface with the vendor to address production enhancements and issues

+ Perform audits on non-critical letters for accuracy of information, uniformity, and completeness

+ Provide monthly reporting to management on all production-related issues identified through various audits

+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned

+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 3+ years of relevant work experience

+ Proven ability to analyze data and determine anomalies

+ Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
