ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As an IT-Computer Support Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. This role will be critical in providing functional financial management computer support to our Customer. This role is 2nd shift (11am to 8pm). SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
+ Manage Desktop IT assets NIPR/SIPR for compliance with Standard Desktop Configurations and Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure.
+ Maintain Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) inventory.
+ Maintain Unit Software License manager duties, ensuring all organization software obtains proper authorization and ensure record keeping requirements IAW DAFMAN 17-1203.
+ Install configure and maintain computers, maintain permission management of organizational file servers, and prepare security documents.
+ Provide administrative computer support NIPR/SIPR and customer service and Help Desk functions for IT Systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7 years of experience.
+ Considerable working knowledge of networks, operating systems, servers, laptop support, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and Microsoft 365.
+ Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
+ Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
+ Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
+ SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GFACT, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or CCSP certification.
+ Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and can obtain a favorable Secret security clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Help desk support, VPN, remote management and troubleshooting skills.
+ Knowledge and ability to provide support for Air Force IT systems.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
