Are you ready to take your HR project leadership skills to the next level with one of the world’s leading aerospace innovators? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **HR Digital PMO and Test Lead** to join the HR Digital North America team. In this critical role, you’ll drive impactful digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Digital PMO and Test Lead, you will:

+ Establish governance frameworks and manage project roadmaps for HR digital initiatives

+ Track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals

+ Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for HR systems

+ Lead testing efforts including UAT, regression, and system integration testing

+ Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver robust digital solutions

+ Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption and engagement

+ Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness evaluations, and training delivery

+ Monitor adoption metrics and continuously enhance change strategies

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of experience in **HR digital transformation** , PMO, software testing, and change management

+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

+ **Knowledge of HR systems like Workday or Dayforce**

+ Strong communication and facilitation skills

+ Ability to work in a global, multicultural team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience managing project-oriented teams

+ **Background in Human Resources**

+ Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)

+ Certifications: SHRM/HRCI, Data Analytics (preferred)

**Pay Details:** $48.00 per hour
