PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in **Green Bay, WI** . In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple facilities. This is an essential position that helps keep buildings running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will bring a new challenge as you support multiple facility needs, including:

+ Performing HVAC tasks like cleaning coils and replacing filters and belts

+ Troubleshooting and repairing locks, doors, lighting, roofing systems, and furniture

+ Maintaining plumbing systems including toilets, sinks, drains, and water heaters

+ Painting, drywall repair, and general handyman tasks to maintain building appearance

+ Prioritizing and completing work orders via the CMMS (Maximo) system

+ Ensuring compliance with safety codes, regulations, and internal procedures

+ Supporting fire extinguisher documentation and inspections

+ Identifying safety hazards and recommending improvements

+ Performing tenant service requests and special maintenance projects

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 5–7 years of experience in building maintenance

+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

+ Experience with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair

+ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

+ EPA Universal Certification

+ BAS (Building Automation Systems) experience

+ HVAC preventative maintenance background

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
