    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Logistics Clerk** to support a leading client in the **aerospace industry** based in **Phoenix, AZ** . This **full-time, consultant position (4-month contract)** is ideal for motivated individuals ready to build hands-on logistics experience in a high-tech, mission-critical environment. From managing incoming equipment to coordinating with vendors, your work will directly contribute to aerospace excellence.

     

    _This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._

     

    What You’ll Do – Your Daily Flight Plan

    Working **Monday through Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM** , you will:

    + Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, equipment, and shipments

    + Create shipping documentation in SAP and ensure proper billing

    + Work with internal teams to receive, process, and return equipment to inventory

    + Interface with logistics departments, including warehousing, transportation, and maintenance

    + Track inbound and outbound shipments, troubleshoot delays, and ensure timely deliveries

    + Communicate with vendors regarding RMAs, RFQs, shipment tracking, and ETAs

    + Package measuring equipment and coordinate pickups/deliveries with customers and internal staff

    + Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to logistics protocols

    + Maintain accurate records and follow standardized procedures

    + Support other duties as assigned, with the opportunity to cross-train in Metrology

     

    What You Bring to the Team

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + General computer literacy

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Steel-toed shoes (provided)

    + Entry-level: 0–3 years of experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with SAP or similar inventory/tracking systems

    + Familiarity with hand tools

    + Prior logistics or warehouse experience

    **Pay Details:** $14.84 per hour
