    Are you a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Logistics Clerk** to support our client in the aerospace industry with essential warehousing and distribution operations. This full-time, **4-month consultant role** offers a chance to contribute to a high-impact team keeping supply chains running efficiently and on schedule.

     

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

    What You'll Do:

    As a **Logistics Clerk** , you’ll be at the core of daily logistical operations, helping manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure customers receive their goods on time. You'll also liaise with shipping partners and internal teams to streamline distribution, all while contributing to cost savings and service excellence.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    + Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments

    + Maintaining and adjusting inventory records

    + Organizing warehouse operations

    + Acting as liaison between customers, freight carriers, and internal departments

    + Investigating delays and detention issues to ensure timely delivery

    + Evaluating shipping methods and consolidating loads for cost-efficiency

    + Operating stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

    What You Bring to the Table:

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 2+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations

    + Stand-up forklift experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally

    + Steel-toed shoes (must provide your own)

    Preferred:

    + Experience with SAP logistics or inventory systems

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
