We’re seeking a **Structures Technician – Avionics Modifications (2nd Shift)** in Hartford, CT to support high-performance aircraft that serve critical missions and redefine business aviation. In this hands-on role, you’ll bring structural expertise to avionics upgrades, helping deliver world-class aircraft to customers around the world.

Your Role:

You’ll play a vital part in modifying, repairing, and upgrading aircraft structures to meet exacting standards. Responsibilities include:

+ Troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing aircraft structures and components

+ Fabricating or modifying structures for avionics systems

+ Performing composite repairs (on and off aircraft)

+ Supporting mechanical/electrical removals, installations, and offsite maintenance

+ Operating ground support equipment and maintaining a safe, organized workspace

+ Completing all work and documentation in accordance with FAA and company standards

What You Bring:

Required:

+ 2+ years of structural sheet metal repair/modification experience

+ Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings

+ Strong communication skills and personal toolset

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

+ Eligibility for Ground Support Equipment qualifications and SIDA badge

Preferred:

+ A&P Certificate, A Certification, or Repairman Certificate

+ Experience with composite structures and basic computer skills

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
