    The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the following position for the 2025-2026 school year:

    Position:Color Guard CoordinatorLocation:Thomas Jefferson High SchoolStipend Range(based on 24-25):$2,551.00 - $3,348.00 (based on experience)

     

    PLEASE READ: A Color Guard Coordinator is a specialty position focused on training color guard members in flags, rifles, sabres, and dance.This specialization falls outside the regular director training of music education programs. This specialist would hold auditions for the upcoming season in the prior spring, instruct color guard during two week summer camp, and lead regular rehearsals once a week after school. A person selected for this position would be expected to have a significant performance and teaching background, including but not limited to: Winter Guard International, Drum Corps International, or previous teaching positions held with high school, WGI, or DCI organizations.

     

    This position will be posted for a minimum of three (3) days. Qualified applicants will be contacted by Human Resources and/or the Activities Director.
