    Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machines running at peak performance? We're looking for a Machine Repair Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and repairing CNC machines.

    What You'll Do:

    Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

     

    Conduct repairs and replacements of machine components as needed

     

    Keep accurate maintenance records and recommend process improvements

     

    Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience with CNC machine maintenance and repair (mills, lathes, etc.)

    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

    • Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and preventive maintenance
