    Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and sorting food and beverage items. You will also support management with reporting, training, compliance, and overall operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Pick fast & pick easy – Utilize smart technology to accurately grab the exact items needed for orders.

    + Handle damaged goods – Identify and discard any damaged, expired, or unsellable products to maintain quality standards.

    + Lift and move items – Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle products throughout the warehouse.

    + Assist with training – Help onboard and train new team members to ensure consistency in operations.

    + Support management – Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including reporting, inventory management, and monitoring performance.

    + Maintain safety standards – Follow and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the warehouse.

    + Ensure inventory accuracy – Participate in inventory checks, track stock levels, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

    + Tackle various operational tasks – Help with the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the warehouse to optimize daily workflows.

    General Requirements:

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a repetitive basis and perform tasks like reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
