    Position Highlights

    POSITION SUMMARY: Responsibilities include planning, developing, coordinating and facilitating marketing functions as needed to promote the strategic plan, mission, vision and values of Regional Health Services of Howard County and its individual departments. Works closely with management, physicians and employees to identify marketing needs, target audiences, and design marketing plans. Provides support to the Vice President of Operations as well as back-up support for the administrative office if needed.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    Good oral and written communication skills.

     

    Ability to work independently.

     

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications/PR required. Masters preferred.

     

    Proficiency in the use of computer programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint required.

     

    Experience in web design and advertising preferred.

     

    Social media and digital marketing experience required.
