    We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team, specializing in the programming and development of high-precision aerospace components using lathe and mill machines. In this role, you’ll create and optimize programs, post G-code, and oversee machining operations—from first article through full production.

     

    You'll be responsible for writing detailed manufacturing plans, developing tooling and fixtures, and collaborating with manufacturing engineers to implement efficient, high-quality machining processes.

     

    To succeed, you’ll need to be self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex machining challenges in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Program and operate multi-axis machines (2-axis, 3-axis, 5-axis, mill/turn)

    + Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software

    + Post and manually edit G-code to improve efficiency and accuracy

    + Design and develop custom tooling and fixturing solutions

    + Create clear and accurate setup documentation

    + Incorporate machine simulations and manage machine definitions

    + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to transition parts from first article to production

    + Apply strong understanding of GD&T and tight tolerance requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of CNC machining experience

    + 3+ years of CNC programming experience

    + Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up

    + Experience with high-precision, multi-axis machines

    + Proven ability to optimize and manually edit G-code

    + Experience machining Inconel or similar nickel alloys

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions

    + U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR regulations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Degree in engineering or a related technical field

    + 7+ years of experience in aerospace or turbine engine component manufacturing
