What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Digital Experience & Enablement will be responsible for supporting our digital transformation efforts by facilitating the adoption of digital tools and technologies within our organization.

What You'll Do

+ Assist in improving the digital (web, apps) data capture architecture and strategy.

+ Implement data capture from the website to answer business questions and fulfill reporting needs

+ Partner with analytics, marketing, and development teams to identify data capture opportunities to enhance performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement.

+ Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and internal documentation to improve training and knowledge sharing.

+ Help maintain a clean, scalable tag management environment through auditing and retiring outdated or defined tags.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

+ Familiarity with digital analytics, AB Testing, data capture, and customer experience platforms including:

+ Web Analytics tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics **(preferred)**

+ Tag management Systems - Tealium, Adobe Tags, Google Tag Manager **(preferred)**

+ Web testing tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc. **(preferred)**

+ Consent Management Platforms - OneTrust or equivalent

+ CRMs & CDPs - Sales force or similar platforms

+ CMS tools - Adobe AEM or similar platforms

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.

+ Experience working in Agile environments

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

+ Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Some hands-on experience using JavaScript, including debugging and testing scripts in browser developer tools.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, Digital/Web Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
