Job Overview
The Float Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist is a full-time, system-wide infusion pharmacist primarily based out of Southdale Cancer Center but expected to provide clinical pharmacy services across four infusion pharmacy sites (Ridges, Masonic, and Maple Grove Cancer Centers). This role is essential in ensuring seamless pharmacy operations, patient care, and medication safety across multiple locations.
While the primary site is Southdale Cancer Center, this is a float position, meaning schedule adjustments and location changes may occur based on patient volume, staffing needs, or operational demands. Pharmacists in this role will receive their schedule in advance; however, flexibility is necessary as site assignments may shift.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who thrive in diverse clinical environments, enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and are dedicated to providing high-quality hematology/oncology and infusion pharmacy care.
