_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $36 - $39 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Perform carpenter duties such as commercial finish carp work, hanging wood and metal doors plus hardware, trimwork, wood and mtsd framing, drywall hang, tape, tearout, etc

+ Support and collaborate with Project Managers on the site logistics development, project schedule, and a ssist with bidding of work

+ Blueprint reading

+ Manage subcontractors and field personnel to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and with high-quality results

+ Perform onsite inspections to ensure standards are met and construction adheres to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

+ OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain it

+ Minimum of 5 years experience as a journeyman carpenter and at least 2 years of construction supervision

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods

+ Lift up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to interact and communicate effectively with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees at all levels of the organization

+ Own tools and tool bags, cordless drill, and skill saw required

+ Valid driver's license required
