Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Construction Labor:

+ Complete department resets, remodels, and new store setups with custom fixture assembly requirements

+ Build gondolas, H Frame warehouse racking, and other specialty fixtures on the main store floor and/or backroom warehouse

+ Perform complex merchandising-related tasks such as stock placement to planogram reset, resetting metal shelves, and setting an end cap to planogram

+ Read and follow installation documents, including guides and manuals like planograms, modular and fixture layout documents

+ Maintain retailer-specific online certifications

+ Demonstrate safe usage of fixture installer tools including cordless drills, hammer drills, tape measures, levels, various screwdriver types, and rubber mallets

+ Read and interpret store blueprints and plans

+ Use construction knowledge to determine the best methods of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations in a designated area or region for 1 to 6 weeks at a time

+ Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and management

+ Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day

+ Ability to read diagrams or instructions and process instructions

+ Experience using personal hand tools or power tools as necessary

+ Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
