    Job Overview

     

    Fairview Range is hiring** **a Licensed Practical Nurse for our** **Fairview Plaza Job Care** **team in** **Hibbing, MN** **.

     

    As an LPN at the Fairview Plaza, you will perform service delivery and testing/screening functions under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Participates in medical monitoring as required for regulated industries. Assists in continuous quality improvement efforts. Supports off-site contracts and clinical procedures in clinical setting.

     

    **Schedule:** This position will work 72 to 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the day shift. Weekends: As Needed

    As an LPN you will be responsible for:

    + Supporting off site client contracts

    + Performing specimen collection/processing/reporting according to established protocols and regulatory agencies.

    + Performing assessments and screenings.

    + Supporting clinical staff as directed

    + Communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others to optimize job performance and foster working relationships.

    Required Qualifications

    + Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or current Minnesota MA Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

    + Current BLS certification or attends BLS class within six months of employment and maintains certification

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous nursing experience preferred
