    Responsibilities:

    + Fabricators must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and determine the best fabrication methods

    + They fabricate and assemble metal components, using various tools and techniques, including cutting, shaping, and welding

    + Welding fabricators utilize different welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding)

    + Welder fabricators often collaborate with engineers and designers to address design challenges and improve manufacturing processes

    + They maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations

    + Follow PPE Guidelines

    + They document and report any materials, equipment, or procedural issues to management

    + They are expected to operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including welding machines, cutting tools, and metalworking machinery

    + Welding Skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) is essential

    + Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve fabrication issues is important

    + Physical Stamina: Welder fabricators need to be able to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment or materials

    + Plasma torch experience Oxygen/Acetylene torch/cutting skills

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in carpentry with minimum 3 years of experience

    + Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

    + E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

    + Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
