Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Tech Delivery Lead to work closely with business stakeholders in capturing requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Workday projects. This role requires deep expertise in Workday configuration and implementation across multiple modules, with a focus on Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday implementations, be Workday-certified, and thrive in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ As part of a larger team, manages the administration of the Workday system including system configuration, maintaining security, data audits and corrections, and introduction of new functionality.
+ Resident expert in the Workday Financials product suite and ensure business partners take advantage of best practices.
+ Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into Workday solutions.
+ Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
+ Provide technical leadership on Workday implementation projects, ensuring best practices and compliance with Workday standards.
+ Work across multiple Workday modules, across financial processes, and integrations.
+ Experience implementing and supporting Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
+ Ensure seamless integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to enhance Workday functionality.
+ Support Workday releases, upgrades, and system enhancements by assessing impact and ensuring smooth adoption.
+ Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday-related technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Workday community.
Experience and Qualifications:
+ Workday certification is required.
+ Bachelor's degree in CS or 4-5 years of relevant developer experience
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration and implementation across multiple modules.
+ Minimum of 2 years needed in leading teams.
+ Strong experience in Workday implementation projects, including gathering business requirements and driving end-to-end delivery.
+ Deep expertise in financial processes within Workday.
+ Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical challenges.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with business and technical teams.
