Principal Systems Engineer
Here in Tewksbury, Massachusetts we are looking for a Principal Systems Engineer to provide multi-disciplinary technical expertise across all datalink-related products, with a focus on enhancing and supporting our Tactical Datalink solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, integration, and modification of both hardware and software systems, ensuring performance meets the highest standards.

Your Challenge:
+ Monitor and support Link 16 Terminal programs such as MIDS JTRS, MIDS LVT, and small form factor terminals.
+ Analyze and provide enhancement recommendations for Curtiss-Wright Link 16 solutions at the ICS/ICD level, including host FIM/FOM message implementation and advanced system integration support.
+ Lead TTNT (Tactical Targeting Network Technology) software and hardware development programs to include analyzing applicable USG TTNT specifications, interfacing with USG stakeholders, documenting system requirements and coordinating test activities with USG.
+ Manage customer accounts for various Curtiss-Wright solutions.
+ Support business development activities as needed.
+ Represent Curtiss-Wright at U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and international meetings and conferences.
What you bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree in Systems Fielding or Engineering Management preferred)
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in Tactical Datalink systems
+ Strong knowledge of Link 16 protocols and TTNT systems
+ Experience working with USG stakeholders and familiarity with defense contracting environments
+ Must be an effective communicator and a strong collaborator.
+ U.S. Citizen (for clearance)
