Department: Pharmacy

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation

Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

+ State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

+ Preferred: PGY2 residency in oncology or equivalent

Clinical Pharmacist:

+ Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices

+ Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions

+ Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education

+ Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
