Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Specific responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include:

+ Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment

+ Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers

+ Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American

+ Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms

+ Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area

+ Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements

+ Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring

+ Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures

+ Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs

+ Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Weekends are required. 6:00am and 9:30pm.

Skills/Requirements

+ Must be 16 years or older to apply

+ Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire

+ Prior computer experience helpful

+ Customer service related experience required

_The hourly pay range for this position is $15.00-$19.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location._
