    The T1 Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following standard operating procedures within manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and on time delivery of products to our customers.

     

    This position is part of the Pack Value Stream located in Chaska, MN and will be fully on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

     

    You will be a part of the Conjugates & Prefill team and report to the Manufacturing Supervisor for Conjugates & Prefill responsible for buffer solution preparation, conjugate stock manufacturing, in-process testing for conjugate stocks, and prefill testing for packs.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Follow standard operating procedures to prepare buffer solutions used in conjugate stock production

    + Learn the science and production of conjugate stock chemistry

    + Gain experience with immunoassay testing and quality control

    + Become familiar with an FDA regulated quality environment

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    + 0-1 years of experience

    + High School minimum; AA Degree or Tech Degree preferred

    + Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)

    Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

    + Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

    + Able to stand or be on feet for prolonged periods of time up to 1 hour

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    + Quality control testing

    + Immunoassay testing on our ACCESS II, DxI800, or DxI9000 instruments

    + Conjugate or Purification techniques such as size exclusion chromatography and diafiltration

    Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:

    The hourly range for this role is $24.50/hr - $26.50/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
