The Work
This position will support the sustainment and development of F\-35 maintenance instructional products to include training plans, courseware, instructor guides, and training videos\.
You will lead an engineering team of instructional designers, subject\-matter\-experts, and courseware developers to develop products, conduct analysis, interpret and analyze requirements, and deliver products on cost and schedule\.
This is an environment that requires attention to detail, the ability to multi\-task, communicate, and effectively organize\.
Our team designs, models, documents, and guides the logical and conceptual relationships of data and database changes for complex applications\. Analyzes needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications\. May create standards or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance\.
As a key lead within in the Instructional Products Support Team you will:
\* Lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional products supporting the F\-35 training enterprise
\* Manage and shape training lab capability to meet training requirements
\* Shape products and processes to bring value to the customer
\* Ensure the on\-time delivery of our products
\* Lead focused working groups with industry and Service stakeholders
\* Manage and handle proprietary, classified, and unclassified data
\* Lead special projects
\*Interface with engineers, SMEs, designers, modelers, schedulers, interdisciplinary groups, and other Instructional Product Team Leads\.
\* Implement production processes using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in Jira tools
Note: Tis position is on\-site, located at the F\-35 Academic Training Center, Eglin AFB\. Florida\. This position requires periodic travel\.

This position will require the selected candidate to have the ability to obtain a Secret level U\.S\. government security clearance with Lockheed Martin\. U\.S\. citizenship is a requirement for consideration\.

Basic Qualifications:
\* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
\* 10 or more years of aircraft experience
\* Leadership skills including; tasking multiple groups, leading meetings, growing teams, mentoring individuals, and leading cross\-functional teams toward common goals
\* Aircraft maintenance experience and can read/interpret aircraft technical data, engineering drawings, and schematics
\* Experience with designing/executing knowledge and skills training
\* Experience writing/editing, developing/performing presentations
\* Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
\* Experience in executing effective production activities on cost and schedule
Desired Skills:
\* Experience with the F\-35 Training System, Training Devices and Labs
\* Experience with Hardware Engineering processes
\* Experience working with US, Partner, or Foreign Military Services
\* Experience with AGILE, SCRUM and Kanban processes
\* Experience with Jira/Confluence Atlassian web\-based tools
\* Experience in F\-35 maintenance activities
\* Understanding of Training Management and Learning Content Management \(ALIS\) systems
\* Experience in developing training content
\* Understanding of ADDIE and Instructional Systems Design processes
\* Certified LEAN/Six\-Sigma
\* Certified Cost Account Manager \(CAM\)
\* Scrum Master or Product Owner
\* Active Secret clearance
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
