    Position Overview

    As Manager Digital Communications and Content at Ralliant, you will be pivotal in attracting and keeping the best people by ensuring clear, compelling, and targeted communications for our 8,000 team members worldwide and our future team. You will manage all digital communication channels, lead communications analytics, and ensure the consistent application of our brand experience and design. You are a natural storyteller with a journalistic drive and curiosity. You have a passion for multimedia cross-channel storytelling, strong attention to detail, and excellent research and relationship-building skills.

    Functional Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with multiple team members to help craft content and channel strategy and manage general day-to-day operations, including leadership of our integrated editorial calendar.

    + Execute strategy, optimize user experience, manage budgets, and provide agency/partner support for all Ralliant digital communication channels, including intranet, websites, external social platforms, asset libraries and other emerging digital communications tools.

    + Write and edit inspiring, clear, and concise copy, produce stories, videos, graphics to support all operational partners across the organization.

    + Proactively identify and carry out opportunities for relevant, original, high-quality storytelling to support Ralliant’s culture and people.

    + Collaborate with corporate IT and technology partners to ensure seamless channel operation and integration across Ralliant. Develop and manage custom distribution lists for segmented communications.

    + Partner with external agencies and consultants, providing creative direction, feedback, information and assets to ensure high quality projects are delivered on time and on-budget.

    + Maintain all digital asset management including produced videos, b-roll, audio files, imagery, graphics, and logos.

    + Own communication channel measurement and reporting, including daily visual management, monthly, quarterly, and campaign reporting, with ad hoc projects as needed.

    + Lead the application of Ralliant’s brand experience and design to core templates, including email marketing, webpages, and employer brand assets. Understand and evangelize our brand voice and guidelines while providing materials for internal clients and external vendors as needed.

    + Support Ralliant-wide events, such as the Ralliant Leadership Conference and Day of Caring, with event management responsibilities such as giveaways and event promotion support.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.

    + Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that engages, educates, and moves stakeholders to action. Content development experience required, and samples will be requested.

    + Proven experience in managing digital communication channels.

    + Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Proficiency in the operation/back end of communication tools and platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint, FirstUp, and/or Poppulo.

    + Strong analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.

    + Experience developing and delivering communications in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

    + Experience with internal communications and employee engagement.

    + Experience developing and implementing web-based content/communications.

    + Experience managing creative agencies and working with consultants. Accountable and savvy. Able to exercise sound judgement, work through ambiguity, and maintain strict confidentiality.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in graphic design, layout, and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, iMovie, etc.

    + Experience with presentation (PPT) development.

    + Strong understanding of user experience optimization and brand design application.

    + Able to build trusted relationships with team and stakeholders at all levels across a global company.

    + Diplomatic in resolving problems and in counseling stakeholders.

    + Ability to excel at boiling down complex concepts for all to understand.

    + A fast learner who can quickly absorb core messages and weave them in seamlessly.

    + Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new tools and technologies.

    + Creative communicator and problem solver, who sees opportunities in novel challenges.
