    **Expected salary range of $72,000 to $80,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

    Analyst II, Sustainability Insights will be responsible for supporting initiatives to drive growth and continued enhancements of our processes within the Sustainability Insights team to further scale the sustainability solutions business. The analyst will collaborate cross functionally and with external stakeholders to coordinate and manage initiatives that enable the creation of, high-quality marketing content, data analysis and help identify new areas for innovation and growth.

     

    The Sustainability Insights team is responsible for translating data into insights to help Constellation position our products effectively, position multiple solutions, maximize margin and create lifetime value. In addition, the analyst will help our customers understand their free emissions reporting or any other initiatives assigned to SMG as the team continues to evolve.

     

    The Sustainability Insights team actively communicates with our customers and other stakeholders through multiple channels including but not limited to webinars, white papers, blogs, newsletters, in-person, etc. As needed the team will also support broader organizational initiatives led by other functional groups within Constellation. The analyst should be an effective communicator, creative, and able to drive insights into actions. They'll need to identify and mine multiple sources of data, analyze, interpret and then draw conclusions that help our leadership and sales organizations make better decisions both internally and with our customers.

     

    The analyst in this role will not only maintain and enforce best practices as defined by SalesForce and Sales Enablement but also load and maintain all SMG Highspot content.

     

    This role will support Constellation's core values, inclusion and belonging and commit to the coaching, development and growth.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    + Collaborate with members of SMG in the development of relevant content used in customer presentations, management presentations, internal presentations. Work with legal, marketing, and other functional teams to ensure external content preparation and delivery meets the compliance requirements of our branding, includes proper disclaimers, provides market insights and aligns with overall company messaging.

    + Support the administration of our educational programs, both internal and external specific to Sustainability. Ensuring content material is reviewed and edited, ready for distribution and loaded into a defined learning portal for access. Provide insights on how to continuously enhance content to meet customer and shifting market needs, technology and regulatory shifts and our growing solutions portfolio of products.

    + Responsible for collaborating with Corporate Sustainability and developing a working knowledge of Workiva to respond to retail customer needs such as but not limited to our ECOVADIS response, updated letter of Corporate Responsibility, customer support for sustainability section in requests for proposal (RFPs) to collaborating with Legal, Sales, and other key functional teams to ensure external content preparation and delivery meets all compliance requirements.

    + Actively monitor, triage, and respond to message Into team mailboxes related to specific customer inquiries about sustainability.

    + Serve as primary point of contact for the Sustainability Management Team (SMG) for updating and maintaining the Highspot page and its analytics. The analyst in this role will not only maintain and enforce best practices as defined by Salesforce and Sales Enablement but also load and maintain all SMG Highspot content. They will also extract and analyze user information and monitoring trends that result in better identifying and implementing changes to help increase adoption and eventually grow the solutions business.

    + Create and improve various monthly and quarterly reporting for business leaders to evaluate team performance

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    + Degree from a 4-year relevant program with 2-years work experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Experience in sustainability and solutions including analytics, renewables and energy efficiency

    + Project management skills at a level applicable to the breadth and focus of the role

    + Proficiency in Highspot Publishing

    + Experience developing professional educational material

    + Experience in publishing applications

    + Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases

    + Strong communication skills, with significant proficiency in writing skills and the ability to succinctly summarize ideas and problems
