**Position Summary:** The Talent Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting organizational growth by leveraging data and analytics to inform talent strategies. This role involves analyzing skill gaps, contributing to succession planning, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. **Data and Analytics Reporting:**

2. Collect and analyze data to produce reports on talent development and equity initiatives.

3. Design dashboards to visually communicate insights to leadership.

4. Improve data reporting processes and ensure accuracy.

5. **Skill Gap and Succession Planning:**

6. Partner with HR leads to identify skill gaps and support development of strategic plans.

7. Provide data insights on leadership candidates and career path development.

8. **Collaboration and Communication:**

9. Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive inclusive initiatives.

10. Coordinate communications between ARG leaders and stakeholders.

11. **Talent Council Coordination:**

12. Serve as the primary contact for ARGs, coordinating events and initiatives.

13. Maintain websites and online presence of ARGs, adhering to branding standards.

14. **Administrative and Executive Support:**

15. Assist Talent leaders with administrative tasks.

16. Organize talent management documentation and ensure secure handling of confidential info.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Business, or Human Resources.

+ Experience in data analysis and DEI consulting roles.

+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic work environments.
